For decades, Dr. Kris Johnson has been a trusted Phoenix, AZ surgeon dedicated to saving lives, a father who cherishes his wife and children. After making the split-second decision to defend his home and family from an intruder, a known documented gang member, this man now faces a fight for his freedom and his lifelong career.
Dr. Johnson is speaking out about a chaotic night when he fired a warning shot out of fear for the safety of his family, resulting with him being shot by Phoenix Police. While the real criminal was released, officials are now pursuing charges against Dr. Johnson, who could face 20 years in prison.
